Yup for sure we will be prospecting this weekend .... January 4-6th at Cottonwood Trails Gold Camp in Greensburg Indiana ....
Come on down , this is open to experienced prospectors as well as those interested in what we do . Equipment will be available to use or purchase and we'll explain the upside to wintertime prospecting .
Those that own an ATV or UTV you are welcome to bring it along.
I'll be posting our 2013 Event Schedule in the next day or two so those interested can make plans for their Gold Prospecting Trips.

well I now have confirmation of a trommel, a suction dredge, and a hibanker along with my own hibanker/dredge combo running this weekend . It would be a dandy time for anyone to come down and get involved with the different pieces of equipment to see what we do and how they opperate . Our next Polar Bear Outing and next 2 Club Outings are a "panning" only trips so this equipment will not be available again until May.....  |

We did really decent the last couple days , started out rough but after a couple of adjustments we started finding decent gold .... a few of us will be running the next several days with the temps coming up for a spell . I have several more pics to post and even a video but my net connection is really weak out in the sticks so it be a lil later .

That ain't my brother, he thinks we're nuts anyway chasing gold .... Is there Gold ? You won't find me in that water for nothing but duck hunting and gold and I ain't duck hunted in 3 years now .... :-)

We'll be at it again this weekend ...... I better build a bigger fire this time around , looks like we may have to heat up water to thaw out the dang ground to shovel material .
