My son and I took my brother and my two nephews, Trent and Logan, on their first duck hunt this past weekend. Both took their first ducks Trent harvested a nice drake mallard and a drake bluebill while Logan took a fat hen mallard. When our black lab Zoe finished the retreive of Logans' hen mallard, we discovered that the hen at some point had become entangled in some old fishing line. I'm writing this to not only congratulate two new hunters, but to also remind all of us who who fish to gather up the cut line and dispose of it in the trash. Happy Holidays Attachments:

I know one guy that won a crank bait when he nailed a goose off of Geist Res. several years ago. Shot plenty of club footed geese over the years too.
Tell the boys congrats on the first ducks!
