This weekend was pretty successful!!
Friday results: 2 hunters, 2 limits in less than an hour. Should have been quicker, but we both went through a 3 shot shooting slump at first light.....
Saturday was a bust as our 'plan b' field lost all its water and all it birds. We tried sculling but with the thaw, no birds were using open water lakes to speak of.
Sunday back to the field, 4 guys(way too many for that spot
)
I have a self imposed 9 am time limit on that place to keep it active. We had 10 mallrds down at 8:45 and I called it. We could have stuck around and and finished off our limit very easily, but I rater not shoot that place out.....
