I talked with the local CO here, and i asked if the license bundle could be used to take three does if you were unsucessful in taking a buck, and he told me as far as he knows you could but he wasn't real clear since this is the first year. So would a hunter be able to use all the tags for does.

There are talks about changing it in the future but as of now this is how the administrative rule reads.
