Modified from original form after thread being moved to a new location. Sorry about the mis-post. Didn't see this section.
I'm assuming that since Tipton Cty is an "A" county when it comes to doe tags and we are explicitly barred from the "late doe season" that as such, we cannot use a gun from Dec 26-Jan 6. Correct? Nowhere does it actually spell this out (that I have found) you can only infer it from the fact that we don't have the late doe season. That being said, do we have to wear orange when the late season comes in in all other counties? I see where this is clarified in the proposed changes for 2013 but just wanting a better idea for now.

An individual must wear hunter orange during the Special Antlerless season even if they are hunting archery. There was no exception added for the counties that are not involved in the season. This may change in the future but the way it is worded now, there is no exception. I have posted the Administrative rules that pertain to this subject below.
312 IAC 9-3-2 General requirements and licenses for hunting deer (s) An individual must wear hunter orange: (1) in a season set forth in section 4(b), 4(e), 4(f), and 4(h) of this rule; (2) in that portion of the archery season set forth in section 4(c) of this rule that overlaps a season set forth in section 4(e), 4(f), and 4(h) of this rule;
312 IAC 9-3-4 Season dates and bag limits (h) The special antlerless deer season is from December 26 through the first Sunday in January of the following year in counties with an antlerless quota of four (4) or more deer. An individual may take only antlerless deer under this subsection and may take only the number established under subsection (g) for the county being hunted
