Opening weekend started out with a lot of Teal around and quite a few geese but no Mallards.
This past weekend it was very quiet and still no Mallards.
One observation that should be noted is that on both days this weekend starting around 9:00am till about 11:00am a lot of high migration flocks of ducks were spotted.
It will be interesting to see what this big northwestern blow will do to the duck numbers.
