Storm force winds will continue through early Tuesday from the ... then decrease to 35 to 45 knots Tuesday afternoon. Waves will reach a peak of 16 to 22 feet by early Tuesday morning. Precautionary/preparedness actions... All small craft should remain in port. Commercial vessels should prepare for storm force winds and dangerous waves and consider remaining in port or returning to port. Anyboby feel like perch fishing ? Went duck hunting this morning, it was flat calm at 6:30am by 8:30 I had whitecaps on the pond.

I still have Gatlinburg saved in my weather 10 day forecast and just noticed they have a winter storm warning in effect until Wednesday. Calling for up to 17" of snow.
The eastern third of the country is in for a rough time over the next week.
