I am from the suburbs of Indianapolis, and have been blessed with a warm cabin and AMAZING woods to hunt in southern Indiana. I am ready for this season to start, counting the days

You forgot Lawrence, Washington, Morgan, Marion, or are those spots secret? Forgive me folks... Mr. Sneakyshoes is my sisters kid. He's a great guy, and not anywhere close to a kid anymore. He's an Army vet, in the National Guard, runs his department at his workplace, and I'm proud of him. He's a good Dad, and a pretty damned good deer hunter. Although, he learned that from me. Jabba

Yeah, I think I have hunted most counties from I70 south to Orange county in Indiana. I am going to try this year to get some hunts on video, but we do not stand hunt. so I think it is going to be difficult to get a camera that can handle my style of hunting.
I was looking into a go pro with a chest mount, but no one knows anyone with the mount. This is a big investment for something that may or may not work.
Jabba and I work together all year. there are a few "Groups" at our cabin. our group used to consist of Jabba and I, and now we have a solid 3-4. we like to help out the newbe's and some of the people that can't get around as well as we do. we also like going to new spots. ones that we have not tainted with our tactics. I would say that if Jabba and I are in the woods together we have a high probability of getting a shot at a deer, or 20.

another interesting thing is I have NEVER bought a traditional hunting license or tag. I went straight from the youth license to the lifetime. That is one thing I will forever be indebted to Jabba for. he MADE me, FORCED me to spend the money as an 18 year old boy to get the lifetime license. I am thankful every year for it. I know I have already made my money back on it in the last 12 years. I feel bad for my kids and every ones kids for not having the lifetime license available to them.
