Stand hanging went well. Had some good help. Leslie. Nick. Dustin. Joe. Woody. Jdaily. Ed. Lugnutz. Shawn.
Saw several deer slong the way. Several really good spots prepared. One really nice buck seen 30 yards from one if the set ups.
Each youth and mentor needs to have a safety harness on. We have them for you to use snd take home with you.
Anytime Friday is fine. See you then

Glad to here the hanging went well. I'm sorry I couldn't make it, but I got to see 18 fine young men and women get prepared to join our ranks. We had 4 young ladies and one mom in the class. I love seeing that.

still have the ground blinds to put out friday. i will be there again late thursday evening and will get started on the blinds friday morning.

I'd suggest you get with Dustin and pick a spot you want to hunt, and go in to check it out for branches or flagging. We have extra set ups if it don't suit, move to another one.
We have about ten more spots fixed than the number of hunters.

The folks using the blinds can carry them in and put them on. No sense advertising to yahoos where they at until we are ready to use them.. |

Seen a lot of deer, bucks and does, between 10am and noon. Both days this weekend.

I told Johnny with the full moon this weekend we may want to stay out later; he seemed up for it. Maybe with a lil' luck all this cloud cover will help with the effects of a full moon. |
