I was recently given a 13 ft jon boat by a family member as it was just sitting around their barn. I was also given a little dude boat trailer by aother family member soon after to haul the fore mentioned boat. The problem is i do not have a title for the boat or trailer. The trailer was last registered in 1994 and i can read the serial # on it. The boat on the other hand doent have any identification #'s on it. My question is how do i go about registering both of them? Any help would be appreciated!

Contact your local Conservation Officer through the District Headquarters. they will come out and complete a VIN (trailer, to even verify that it does not exist) and HIN check (boat). They will provide you with the completed paperwork to take to the BMV. Any police officer can complete this task. However, be aware that some other departments may charge for this service.
