If I hunt in a fwa that doesn't allow bonus antlerless. If I kill a doe with my bow in there does that mean I am done bow hunting? Before I could use an extra archery license to tag a doe in an fwa and then still have my archery for a buck, but since the bundle isn't license specific I didn't know how it works for sure.

If you used the bundle license and harvested an antlerless deer with archery, you could still use the bundle to take one more deer with archery equipment. The bundle was designed to be used any any of the seasons except the urban deer season. However, the bag limits per season still apply. Therefore, you would not be able to take two does and a buck with archery on a fish and wildlife area because they do not allow the use of bonus antlerless license. You can take a buck and a doe or two doe with archery because the season allows for that. If you were not on a FWA then it would be fine. The FWA rule is the main concern in your scenario.
