Here is a story of what not to do. My boss lives 1 mile outside of town along a road of 3-5 acre lots. He has a empty lot next to him. I knew there were geese working the yards up and down that road. Told him my plans and he said "kill'em"they are crapping on my car. Took 1 dozen bigfoots and set them in his perfectly mowed back yard. No blinds or chairs, 3 of us just sat with our backs in decorative pine trees, positioned so we could see all directions. We were set up for a north wind and was hoping these geese would flyver the top of us to get to our spread and not have to worry about any house's. 45 mins into to light we heard some real loud honks and there they were out in front of his house taking a good look at the BIGFOOTS. We started on the calls. Instead of coming over us they came down to about 10' off the ground and flew down the empy lot, when they got to the back the turned right into his yard and gave us a 30 yard shot with nothing in the way just 2' off the ground. When the 3 of us were done firing 8 shots,, there was 1 goose on the ground................................OOPPPSSSS I forgot,,, it was banded though!!!
