I've seen a decent size group on 9 right before you get to 600N at that pond behind the subdivision. Too bad no one has flushed them east 4 miles and north 1 mile. I know of a pretty pond prepped for some bird slaughtering. ;D Tom the group i saw this morning headed that way probably 25-30 on my way home guess what there were 25-30 in front of that addition

I hunted Ohio the first three days. We killed 6 geese Friday hunted teal Saturday (got skunked) and killed 8 geese this morning. We knocked 4 down in the water and we had no dog so the guy I hunted with took a swim. I'm really upset I didn't have my camera to get a shot of that retrieve. Oh, and of course I broke another Remington.

I missed a goose and smacked it up against a tree. No I'm beginning to think these new Remingtons just can't handle the heavy 3 1/2 inchers. A part inside the receiver that I believe has something to do with the shell extraction broke. It works fine as a single shot. I also broke the frame on my blind. Of course I do believe it was already cracked from last year. Man it was a rough weekend on my equipment. Good thing I have spares and a couple months to make repairs.
Travis, if those birds are coming to Pendleton I know exactly where they're going. If you get caught hunting the property you'll probably end up being a Pendleton resident, inside the fence if you know what I mean. ;D

My brother inlaw has 2 remington's that wont eject 3 1/2 shells. A few of the other guys we hunt with have the same problem with their remingtons also. I missed a goose and smacked it up against a tree. No I'm beginning to think these new Remingtons just can't handle the heavy 3 1/2 inchers. Oh and to let everyone know I took 911 out to a verry non-productive spot that I have since it was his first trip out with me. I didn't want to take him to one of my honey holes since I wasn't sure if he'd try to take it from me or not.;D Anyway he wanted me to tell everyone that his calling don't suck anymore. I have to agree with him but it also don't suck any less either. ;D ;D
gundude, he must have ate the instructional tape you made for him.

Maybe 911's calling is the reason "all those birds" turned into 2 killed opening day. ;D

Word is.... Art has them all caged up on a hidden pond over in Pendleton. He releases just a few at a time when he feels the need to put a couple in the air. If Art REALLY wanted you to kill some geese then you would have.

I only release what I get paid for, there are no freebies in my fields. Ask duff that's why he had to get a job.
