Hello everyone. I know some of you have seen the app I wrote on ArcheryTalk, but I thought I would share it here as well. The app allows you to determine FPS with your bow, and soon, you will be able to see your kinetic energy. Check out the video on YouTube. This is the latest version, but a new version should be out soon. You can find the app here on iTunes. itunes.apple.com/us/app/achrono/id530335013?ls=1&mt=8Thanks for looking. Mike

Just curious, is there any money to be made in writing.an app. I have a.couple ideas that I believe would be good for a decent size group of users. How do you go about such a endeavour?

The key to making money with apps, is coming up with a solid idea. Make something stupid that kids like or be the first one out with a unique tool.
I was the first one to write a card collection app. It I still doing well and that has been out for almost 2 years. I am certainly not making a huge amount on my apps. I make enough to buy fun stuff when I want it. Like a couple weeks ago I bought a used atv. My wife is less upset if I use that money vs our combined account.
I think the real money is made when you wrote apps for businesses, which I do as well.
I enjoy writing apps, especially when I am writing apps such as AChrono, which was for myself.
Are you a programmer?
