woody what i would suggest is buying a kodak playsport. and a gorilla tripod mount. it can wrap around a branch. it will handle any weather you throw at it and it has 1080i HD filming.

Woody. I have a similar model. Used it a couple of times playing with the kids and 4 wheeling and whatnot. The only problem I have had with it and the main reason I never used it for hunting is there is no way to be sure when you push the on button that it is on. The one I have has a small push button for on and off. When you push it there isn't a tone or click to verify. I have taken it hunting but always forgot to turn it on when the time came. The video that you get out of them isn't that great in my opinion. At least on the one I have there is no zoom function so its kinda like taking a video with your cell phone. If you really want to try one out I'd send you mine to mess with for awhile before you spend the money on one for yourself. Just let me know.
