Whew got a nice soaking Sunday late afternoon. (Right at 3/4 of an inch.) Much needed as plot's were starting to get stressed. Came perfect for my corn plot as it is just starting to tassel. See in the 10 day that rain is forcasted for sat-sun-mon (40%) chance. Hope to get some more for my hay field's.

It looked like it rained a lot at my grandma's yesterday. I'm hoping it helped my food plot, because it was off to a slow start. The pond needed the rain as well.

We had some very high winds and a couple of heavy down pours this afternoon, but still will be lacking to replenish the ground water supply. Somthing is better than nothing.

We finally caught some good rains up here this past week. It has put down 5 3/4" in all the past 8 days. Too bad it didn't come a month earlier, I might have had a corn crop.

We're up to normal for July, but it's too late for the soybeans. They sprouted, got to about 3" and shriveled up. The corn didn't shrivel, but it's only about 12" tall and still growing.
Gonna try some brassicas seeing that nothing that was planted this Spring has done any good.
Even the Switchgrass doesn't look like it's germinated.

SchaLL53, I'm jealous LOL, you've had about 5 1/2" more then i've had here in South East Switzerland Co. I had approx. 1/8" 1st of the week and approx. 1/8" rain yesterday around 7 pm.
