Any chance of changing it to sometime after turkey season, or at least after the first weekend? I think you're gonna lose some guys because of it. JMHO.

HWA Mission Statement
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Purpose:
To promote, sponsor and assist in the propagation and restoration of waterfowl in the state of Indiana, with the purpose of educating the young/new hunters to the sport of waterfowl hunting in compliance with the state and federal regulations.
Objectives:
A. To develop a liaison with the Department of Natural Resources.
B. Develop a trained force of volunteers to assist the DNR with duck and goose banding.
C. Form a grass-roots lobby group for the HWA.
D. Create an organization that helps fund wildlife plantings on DNR sites.
E. Improvement of public ground for waterfowl habitat.
F. Monitor DNR/State/Local policies and legislation.
