There you go Woody, letting the waterfowlers tricks out of the bag. Now I'll tell you guys there's no need to go through the trouble and cost to make such a set-up, no way that would ever work. It's probably also illegal.

While we are giving away secrets, gravel painted yellow and piled up in a decoy spread looks exactly like corn on the ground.
Try painting some two-liter soft drink bottles. BIG ripe ears just ready for the picking. I know the painted gravel works for doves.

Secrets??? I just go with 410 and shoot his birds, might have to carry a few items but not bad. Sometimes he even lets me ride into the field with him! That is if his dog lets me in the truck.

You get to ride to the field? I knew that carrying 1/2 ton of decoys a mile through the mud wasn't a "character builder" like the guys have always told me......

The reason I make you walk is you have too much mud on your boots to be getting in my truck. Maybe we need to recruit quackhead since the distance we go in our fields is only 1/2 mile. But don't tell him we also take one ton of decoys.

That pic looks awesome.....with a blue sky to add some blue tint to the "water".....but wouldn't it look like a big oil slick under grey skies? Very cool though........I had to look twice to figure it out! Where would you get that much plastic???

410: Really??? Only 1/2 mile. You guys must be hunting right off the road. ;D There's nothing like packing in 4 dz full bodies to get your heart pump'n first thing in the morning.

That's the reason I let Duff hunt with me, he's much younger than I am and he makes a good pack mule. So for his reward he gets to shoot some birds.

410 hauls more then his share as well, plus out hunts most that I know of including myself. Not bad for a seasoned hunter!!!
But he does like to get rookies to go along with pink calls, not sure about that one!!!
