This came from a post this afternoon on Kyhunting, of a bird that was killed on opening day. It's not been verified or officially measured according to the post. I doubt Bill has permission to post the picture even if it was. Hopefully, it's genuine, but it's very premature to post it as a possible record, without knowing weight or spur lengths.

Turkeys have been killed with 17 inch beards before, and with 8 Beards.
This year a Tom with 6 Beards was taken in Tennessee.
So anything is possible in nature I guess.
It may have the longest Beard length of any Turkey ever taken.
However, you are correct it may not have a world record Score.
