Well thank you folks, all went well. I had several piece of torn meniscus removed from my left knee. The worst part of the whole ordeal was not being able to eat or drink anything for 12 hours before the surgery that even included water. After reading the horror stories from some of our members about their knee surgeries I was a little worried. 48 hours sitting with leg on ice and then begin slowly using it. Once again thanks for keeping me in your thoughts.

Good luck. At least it was good timing, right after season and you were even able to get out and smack a few geese during the Feb season. Better than I did and I have 2 good knees! Here's to a speedy recovery!

Good to hear everything went OK Tim! Do not take any chances if you start running a fever though...I've also heard too many horror stories of "hospital infections".
Do everything the therapist/rehab people tell you to and you'll be back to full walking in a short time
