Hi all, I'm KO (pronounced K. - O.) and am new to the site. I'd like to start by saying, this place has been put together very well. The organization of the dicussion topics are intuative and the posts shared within are very informative, I like it!
I'm getting back into hunting after about a 10 year break. I'm an active duty Marine and have always enjoyed being out in the woods/ fields but past obligations/ duty stations have kept me from being able to get out there. Though my son (19) and I were able to go and hunt the deer shotgun and late bow seasons this year, (public land). It was great to get out there again and we both really enjoyed it. We're also very excited about trying to get out for this late migratory bird season too. We're doing our homework now to find out how to bird hunt (never done it before) and of course where to go.
I'm interested in getting to know everyone, especially those interested in sharing sea stories and hunting tales. I live in Fishers, IN. Looking forward to getting to know everyone, thanks.
