There was one that was found dead on the road in the Goose Pond, but it turned out that someone picked it up on their way home from vacation and dumped it there as a joke.

Looks like at least one person thinks they are legal to dispatch with a rifle of some sort? Anyone know for sure?

I watched an episode of "Bizarre Foods" in which Zimmern ate one down in Mexico, he said it was very tasty. Considering what he's willing to eat I'd be inclined to form my own opinion.
