Planning to get some squirrels. How do you guys fix them? I think the last one I did just rolled in flower and fried in a skillet.

I normally flour & brown them in canola oil, and put in a cup of water or chicken broth and simmer until tender. Sometimes I brown (Old Squirrels) and place them in a cooking bag and bake them in a 350 degree oven for a couple of hours, or until tender.

Other than fried, I have taken whole squirrel and grilled...I prefer wood or charcoal for this....finish off with your favorite BBQ. I also like to debone and put on a "George Foreman" type grill sprinkled with Grillmates seasoning, or soak in Teryoki overnight and grill.
