I'm not trying to start an argument, just trying to get some things straight.
By the answer to the first query, I could see where anti-hunting neighbors could prevent a person from hunting on their own property.
For instance, you own 10 -20 acres. New neighbors move in and the people on both sides of you feed the deer year 'round.
They could effectively stop you from hunting on your own piece of property because there is no way that it couldn't be said that the deer weren't influenced by the people feeding the deer.
Correct?

The scenerio that you are describing is exactly the reason our officers go through several hours of training to ensure that they conduct a complete and thorough investigation. using discretion and factual information to make the desicion on what, if any, law enforcement action should be taken.
