Got my seventh one this morning.
Regarding a tutorial, snaring yotes is really pretty simple. You need some good snares, I get them from Minnesota trapline supply, and they are only good for one use, because a snared yote ruins them. Just suspend them in narrow choke points on small game trails, a 10" to 12" loop, 10" to 12" above the ground. If there is nothing to suspend them off of, I will lay a small limb across the trail about 2' above the ground and suspend snare from it with a piece of wire. You can also narrow the trail and give them an obvious route by strategic placement of a few sticks or limbs. Tie your snares off pretty solid to a 2" or larger tree with some heavy wire, because they put up a fight. Holes in a fence or under a fence are also a good location. Wear rubber boots and gloves to minimize your scent at the set.
I can check most of mine without getting off the ATV which is pretty handy after work with limited daylight left.
