What about doves?
Morrison says in the previous thread that only migratory waterfowl is limited by magazine capacity. I had an LEO check me while hunting doves once. I was plugged, but he tried to hit me for not having a shotgun in my car plugged, even though I wasn't hunting with it.
Now... this was a county sherrif, and not a CO.
I asked if my 9mm handgun, which was also in my car violated the 3 shot limit too and he dropped the issue.
But I always thought you were limited to 3 shots for doves too.
Would you elaborate on that please.
