While waiting on a gully hillside for a nice Doe to come by, this Oct, I look down the hill and out walks 4 nice Gobblers ,I picked out the first one with longest beard I could see at 27 yards. Taking my time as they were totally unaware of my presence I centered the Turbo scope on the gobbler and waited for him to stop walking for an instant. I let the slick trick magnum tipped arrow fly, and heard the smack. Much to my surprise the turkey fell over on the spot and flipped around in the tall grass 4 or 5 times and was done. The gobbler weighed 21 Lbs had two spurs over an inch in length and a beard just short of 12 inches. Attachments:
