Hey anybody hunt the area around the Gibson Power Plant/ Patoka? We have a lease up that way and was wondering if the birds have shown up with the rising water, we haven't gotten a chance to scout it much yet (live about an hour away).

Been hearing good reports around Oatsville. I will ask my cousin how the Gibson Station area has been. He hunts a lease over there as well. The Wabash will be up to 24ft this weekend and the Patoka will be 21ft this weekend. Plenty of backwater to go around. Good luck.

Hunted the wabash today between wabash and peru. Didnt see the first bird. Decided to go scouting around 10:30. Drove for 2 hours and saw 1 group of birds in a flooded field and that was it.
