How do I go about getting my HIP#?? I've purchased my migratory and gamebird stamps online but when I try the online registration process for a HIP # through the DNR site I get an error message saying no HIP # in found??

Call 1-800-wetland(s?)...it takes a little longer to answer all the questions and you'll need a pen/paper to write it down but it's less confusing than the website.

Thanks Boilermaker! I'll try that way and see what happens. Like your profile pic too!!! I was heading up the crew that did original landscape of Academy Park. There's been a lot added since then-including the "Block P" but I still claim that area as one of my installs.  |

Unless you plan on hunting upland game birds as well, you don't need it. State License State waterfowl Stamp Federal Waterfoel Stamp H.I.P. Number Non Toxic shot Gun limited to 3 shells or less Ability to freely laugh at yourself and not smack those around you who laugh when you miss. |

There's a chance I might get to go with one of my friends so I thought I'd be prepared. Don't mind putting a few $$ in for tags since most of what I shoot is put in on landowner tags anyway.
