I think Ive applied for this hunt maybe 12-15 years and never drawn it. I see on another board guys that drawn it two and three times in less times. My age is catching up with me so I doubt I will apply for it any more. h.h.

My Son got drawn for the youth day and can bring two adults. Since we don't have dogs and my Dad really wants to go I will probably have to sit it out so that they can take someone who does have dogs.

Where is Wallpe at near Peru? ? According to the directions I got for our hunt at the Kirsch property the Wallpe property is next door to it so it's in Benton Cty at 700 W. and 300 S. |

I've put in for this hunt some 20 times since the draw started, every time (Try Again Next Year). My Dad owned one of the first pheasant habitat properties in Benton County, my brother still farms it. I know the Kirsh and Wallpe Families, there's several. I not sure what the Peru name is. You’re hunting in the Dunnington area. That has in the past been one of the best areas in Benton County. 10pt, if I were you I would skip getting the dog and go have fun with your dad and son. I failed. This is my first time to apply. I was really hoping to get drawn. I have a 14 month old Brittany that I would like to get on some birds.

After many years of trying I got drawn for this Saturday at Herre Ade Muck. I hope we have good weather. Does anyone know if my Lifetime Liecence will cover me for the hunt?

i went up to benton county just to see what was up there , i saw wind mills and wind mills and more wind mills, where's the cover ?
