If the new rules of case length of 1.80" go into effect next year 2012. Can I trim .35 rem brass to 1.80" and use in a .35 Rem rifle legaly? Thank you Lonny

Not only does it have to fall within the guidelines of the case length but it can also has to meet the diameter measurements of being a minimum of .357 in diameter. If the round meets all of those requirements then it would be legal to hunt with.
