The first time I ever took my wife out hunting, we were in the Nat. Forest in East Texas. I put her up in a lockon about 20 ' up a pine tree. I told her if she shot something to stay in her stand and I would come and help her retreve it.
I had her on the edge of a clearing in a very good spot where I had seen a really good buck.
I was setting around 100 yards away when about an hour after day light I heard a shot and I heard her give out a big YAHOO!!!!
I just knew she had got the big buck I had been seeing.
I got down out of my stand and started heading towards the clearing, As i walk up to the clearing ,she was out of her stand and out in the middle of the opening, but she was'nt alone.
There was another hunter right there with her and she was giving him a piece of her mind. I got close enough to hear what they were saying,and I heard the other hunter say to her, "Look lady I do'nt care who's deer this is, I just want to get my saddle off of him"
