Followup to the Urban Deer Zone questions

I do have more questions though ;D

When you go to the DNR website to purchase a license, the only one that is indicated to be valid on 15SEPT is the extra archery license. Is that date correct?

If so one has to purchase the extra archery license if one wishes to hunt on the 15th correct? One could not legally hunt with a regular archery license until 1OCT correct?

And just so I am understanding properly, I currently have only the extra archery license and I can use this license to tag a urban zone buck or a regular statewide buck as well. If I fill the tag on a regular statewide buck, I can then purchase a standard archery license and tag a urban buck with that one.

Also, can multiple extra archery licenses be purchased? If I tag a doe tomorrow and want to keep hunting I just go buy another extra archery license?

One more question...I promise
In my previous UDZ post that you replied to you suggested I look up the law and not the regs. I'm having a brain fart and cannot recall how to do that. Can you direct me to the online location please?
