My wife isn't real fond of wild turkey breast so I thought I'd give jerky a shot. I've used the oven method on deer and will use the oven on turkey?
Any good recipes/suggestions?

Funny, turkey is the only wild game my wife will eat! I usually chunk up the breast meat and pan fry it after it's coated in seasoned flour. I had all of the chunks in a gallon ziploc last night, and right before I dumped in the flour mixture I gave the meat a coating of teriyaki sauce too.
As for jerky, I would imagine any recipe for goose jerky would probably work. I've never tried to turn turkey breast into jerky, so I can't say for sure though.

I would think your deer jerky recipe would work on turkey too. Easy way to test is make a very small amount and nuke it in a microwave, let cool and taste. If you like the taste go ahead and make a full batch. I do this when trying out new recipes. h.h.
