I have been have a fairly rough turkey season, birds havent gobbled in my area since the youth weekend. This morning i decided I was gonna do something different and it paid off with a multibearded bird 10" and 3" 22lbs and 19mm(both) spurs. Bird was on the ground by 620 and gettin a piggyback ride out by 640. Will post pics later.

Well, I hunt this ridge that the birds LOVE,have taken several birds on this ridge, IF im patient they will show up, well as we all know some times that patiences thing is a lil hard to come by and I'm not hearing any gobbling, So i decided to just play it by ear and got to where their gobbling. Long story short, i made the right choice and went to the correct property this morning and heard several different birds, moved twice before fly down and connected!! I generally stay put. By far the quickest hunt i've ever been on.
