Soak a cedar board overnight , grill ram steak on cedar board over hot fire , throw steak in trash and eat board. LOL
Seriously I shot one last year to and it taste just like it smelled when you shot it. I work with a few middle eastern guys here and they love it.. Curry is the only thing that give is enough cover flavor for me to handle it.
I consider it my last resort meat supply. It did make an Awesome mount .
