Been to that place a few times, don't care for the owner. The few times i stopped in, it seems to me like i was wasteing his time looking around. Don't sound like he was on the up and up as a gun dealer, all about the money.

I saw that in the Evansville paper.
IF he did what they said he did, he is in big trouble...

Sounds like a lot of criminals will have to start getting their guns the way the other 85% of criminals get theirs.....steal them.
I'd be doubling my security measures if I lived in that area.
I really doubt that many outlaws will change their occupations due to a lack of a store to buy their guns from.
The ATF regs are as silly as the other gun laws, the "gun-free" zones, and restraining orders....well intentioned laws that make the voters feel like something has actually been done to protect them, when in the real world, they are less safe because the bad guys will now break into their homes more often to steal weapons.
Our tax dollars at work.

Sounds like he just totally ignored the law on several counts. May have just been a rebellion of some sort, anyway he'll get some time to think it over. Federal prison sentences have no parole options, so he'll serve the full sentence except for the last 6 months.
