Did you guys know that 10 pounds of ground meat will make about 6 ounces of dried jerky? LOL

lol....yes I do! How did it turn out? I made some hot sticks this year that were pretty tasty. I fired up the smoker for my sausage and smoked some hot sticks...not too bad.
