I simmer them. I got a turkey fryer at Christmas and it works great.

i do the same. slow cook the meat off. i have done hogs 2 elk and quite a few deer. i also mount them on a board for either a wall or a table set up. i charge 75 on a deer 100 for haogs.

Looks Great! After you boil them, how do you get them so white? Some type of bleaching process? do you add some type of clear over them after? Thanks

heavy duty peroxide to whiten them and I use a clear wood sealer after that.
