Been after them a bit this year with some crappy luck. 2 times we have had birds in the decoys but due to wind changes and set-up we couldn't seal the deal. A couple days o watching birds fly and fly and fly without wanting to play and finally on a very cold lonely day with me and my dog I got a small flock to swing right into the spread. Frozen fingers and p-poor shooting only got 1 bird but man it was a long time coming.
It's always nice to hunt by yourself a few times a year. Gives me time to clear my head and think about stuff. Plus, those geese always flare when the other guys are out there ;D

That is awsome!!! We got are first duck this season and it does feel good to have something in the hunting bag when you walk threw the back door. Great job!
