Buster, if a hunter has written permission to hunt on a piece of property, does the written permission have to be renewed in writing every year? If so, can you point me to the reg?

There is no law or regulation that states that you have to 'renew' permission from a landowner each year, but keep in mind that if that landowner sells the property and the new landowner wants you arrested for hunting without consent, its a slam dunk case at your expense. The same applies if the landowner leases out the hunting rights for that property to another group of hunters...
