Hey everyone glad to be a part of this site! I'm sure yall can teach me a thing or two about this obsession we call hunting! This is my third year hunting now here in southwest Fort Wayne and i know im still new at this but I am trying really hard but ive only seen 2 deer in my three years. Ive been hunting on a descent chunk of wooded farmland all 3 years out by the airport. I probably dont get out as much as i should which this year its been kinda hard since i started working temporary 3rd shift at general motors cuz i dont have any vacation time or anything and this third shift stuff is kinda new to me so it really messes up my sleep. but i go when i can. i try to get some of the best equipment.. i mean my bows solid and got a tc encore...not all the best scent blocker gear but i have some and have the laundry washes and odorless body washes.. got the calls.. have a few stands up in good spots but nothing. It just seems like our section of woods just isnt the hot spot in the area, everyone around us seems to get deer but just not here. If anyone can offer some advice for me id gladly take it in and try it. Thank you!!
