We had 4 mallards come in to the decoys, 1 left. The action dried up, so we scouted and found some woodies. I don't think these are new birds.   |

I shot a pair of wood ducks out of the ditch behind my house, week later had some mallards and wood ducks come in but never shot as they were to far up and they seemed like they had been shot at before, because i no more raised to shoot and they kept going, local birds are getting smart, but with how dry it is here, i doubt they will be that way for long, good looking duck thought, wouldn't mind have a pair of each to mount.
