Something I have been doing that is GREAT.
Keeping steaks about 1/2 or 3/4 frozen and using my slicer to shave it. Then using the meat to make sandwiches like a philly cheese-steak.
Guys... if you have a slicer give it a try. This year when I butcher... I am not going to slice ANY of my steaks. I am going to freeze them whole, and cut them when I am ready to use them.
