Buster,

There is a little controversy going on over at INGO message boards about spotlighting from a vehicle while in possession of a Personal defense handgun and a LTCH personal protection permit.
It is my impression its illegal. Could you clarify.

Hope you put some money on it! Although there were several changes made recently in regard to carrying a handgun while bowhunting, carrying while on certain state properties, etc., you still cannot possess a firearm or bow while spotlighting/jacklighting/shining from a motor-driven conveyance. If one is too paranoid to go shining without their handgun, then maybe one should stay home instead!
