I just returned to Indiana from two years in Iraq. Many people were praying for me the whole time I was downrange. Those prayers and God's protective hand kept me from being wounded when people just a few feet away were struck by bullets. When the IED blew up the truck I was riding in, I walked away unscathed. Since I am a civilian, these kinds of things weren't supposed to happen to me. But they did and I survived because God listened to those prayers. Never underestimate the power of prayer!
