Nothing, I just drop it off at an Amish home, and get summer sausage in return.

Jabba, If you donate to a processor that is part of the Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry you do not have pay for the processing, the chapter that has that processor under contract for how ever many deer, picks up the processing. To locate a processor near you, go to FHFH.ORG click Chapters.

One year I harvested five Deer, four in Ky, plus one in Indiana. Since this was too much Venison for us to eat, over the year; I donated several pounds of Deer Burger to the Evansville Food Bank, and gave one whole Deer to a Friend, who allowed me to hunt Squirrels on his property. I had all five Deer processed & paid full price for the processing & packing.
