Fell into one of those deals that only happens to other people.......
I bought a bush hog and disc in the early spring and expected to Just rent a tractor for a couple of years. Month or so ago I came across a pretty good deal on an older Ford tractor and went ahead and bought it too. 55 HP.
Was telling dad that I would like to have a small planter but it seems like since hunters started using them the price has gone through the roof......a week later he tells me a Guy he plays poker with has a JD 2 row planter and he bought it for me. I was happy as a pig in mudd.
Then......I get word from a buddy of mine that I can have a Massey furgeson 33 grain drill if I want it. Wow! Went and looked at it and it is in excellent condition and free.
Need to go and buy a lottery ticket.
I went from nothing to farmer in aperiod of a couple weeks.
