on days like today, I think they're sayin', "Is he nuts? Give me some water and some shade. Please!"
I usually start conditioning the dogs a little earlier in the summer, but its been so hot, I've held back a bit. However, I figured it was a good day to start with a little squirrel hunting and then work the dogs in a few of our "bird fields." It was Smokin' hot out there. We took water breaks every 10 - 15 minutes and they loved it!
