I have 2 spots open in my SW Vigo County lease. It's 511 acres of bottom ground located just north of the Fairbanks Landing FWA (within walking distance). It's mainly a deer hunting lease but there is opportunity for turkey, coyote, coon, beaver trapping and great waterfowl on occasion when it floods. The price is $622/yr if I can fill both spots.
